1. Scope and definitions

These General Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale and supply of hardware products, software, and services by Abra Robotics di Niccolò Mazzoleni (VAT no. 04800170278) ("Supplier") to the customer ("Customer"). 2. Order and contract formation

3. Prices

4. Payments

[TO BE COMPLETED] Accepted payment methods (bank transfer, card via payment gateway, leasing, financing), timelines (e.g. deposit upon confirmation and balance upon delivery), consequences of late payment (interest under Legislative Decree 231/2002 for commercial transactions).

5. Delivery and installation

6. Retention of title

7. Warranty and conformity

[TO BE COMPLETED] Statutory warranty: arts. 1490 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code for professionals; statutory conformity warranty (Legislative Decree 206/2005) for consumers. Any manufacturer's commercial warranty. Exclusions (wear and tear, improper use, tampering). For product conformity (CE marking, Machinery Regulation, AI Act) refer to the Legal notices.

8. Right of withdrawal

[TO BE COMPLETED] Consumer Customers purchasing at a distance are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal (arts. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code), subject to the applicable exceptions (e.g. goods made to measure or personalised). For B2B transactions, withdrawal is governed exclusively by the agreement between the parties.

9. Liability

[TO BE COMPLETED] Limits of the Supplier's liability within the mandatory limits set by law; Customer obligations regarding the safe and compliant use of the products (Legislative Decree 81/2008).

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with professional Customers, the Court of Pordenone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of the place of residence or domicile shall apply.
