Unitree G1 and AS2 accessories are chosen starting from the standard equipment. The G1 includes a 9000 mAh battery, 54V 5A charger, remote control, depth camera and 3D LiDAR. On the AS2 the equipment changes with the version and the charging base is only provided on the EDU. Prices from the public price list; full catalogue on the Accessories page.
What is already included
The official G1 specification table confirms the equipment and adds a useful detail: the high-performance compute module is only provided on EDU versions, with modules from several manufacturers, for example Orin. On the AS2 page the equipment changes with the version: Air, Pro, X and EDU do not have the same battery, the same charger or the same included accessories.

Unitree G1 accessories: what you really need
On the G1, follow-up purchases concern a second battery, an extra charger and, only for specific projects, LiDAR and compute docks.
Unitree G1 battery: 9000 mAh and about 2 hours
Unitree rates the battery at 9000 mAh and about 2 hours of runtime. The battery is quick-release. In the price list the G1 Battery costs €880.41. A second battery makes sense if sessions last more than two hours or if the robot works in continuous cycles. It is not needed if you use it for short demos and recharge during breaks. The standard charger is 54V 5A; the replacement costs €146.73. Buy a second one only if you want to charge one battery while using the other or if you work across multiple sites.
Remote control
The manual remote control is listed in the G1 table and costs €366.83 in the price list. It is the standard control. A second unit only makes sense if several operators use the same robot or if you want to keep a spare. The first one is already included: it is not an accessory to add out of habit.
Mid-360 LiDAR
The G1 comes as standard with a depth camera and a 3D LiDAR. The Mid-360 LiDAR kit costs €4,402.07 and is the Livox module with a 360° horizontal and 59° vertical FOV, a range of 40 m on surfaces with 10% reflectivity and 70 m at 80% reflectivity. Buy it if the project requires that sensor or if you need to redo mapping with a specific model. It is not the first accessory to add to a newly ordered G1: first check what the standard LiDAR sees and what is really missing.
Compute dock
The G1 has an 8-core CPU. On EDU versions the rear docks add NVIDIA accelerators: the Jetson AGX Orin at 275 TOPS costs €8,804.14, the Jetson Thor at 2,070 TFLOPS FP4 costs €17,608.28. They are needed when the vision or policy model has to run on board, without depending on an external PC. Decide on the dock after choosing the model and measuring inference times, not before.
AS2: what changes between Air, Pro, X and EDU
On the AS2 the version determines what is included. The Air has a standard 8000 mAh battery, standard charger and optional remote control. Pro, X and EDU have a 15000 mAh battery, fast charger and remote control included. The charging base and compute dock only appear on the EDU. Air and Pro do not support custom software development (SDK); X or EDU are required, as explained in the AS2 versions guide.
In the AS2 price list the standard 8000 mAh battery costs €586.95, the 15000 mAh long-endurance battery costs €880.41. The standard charger costs €146.73, the fast charger €220.10. The dual-hand remote control costs €366.83. The charging board costs €586.95 and is listed for the AS2 and AS2-W; the charging base is only specified on the EDU.
Price ranges and accessory costs
These are end-user prices, excluding VAT, from the public price list. The family ranges, without added accessories, go from €19,809.32 to €90,829.38 for the G1 and from €5,400 to €21,276.67 for the AS2. Accessories are quoted separately and do not change the range.

What not to buy straight away
- A second charger if you have only one battery and work in a lab. With one battery you recharge when the robot is stopped; the second charger is for charging two batteries at once.
- The additional LiDAR without trying the standard one. On the G1 the 3D LiDAR is already included: first measure what is missing in the map or obstacle detection.
- The Thor dock if the model you need to run fits in the Orin. The Thor costs €17,608.28 against €8,804.14 for the Orin: it is only justified by a compute load that uses it.
How to set up your order
- Start with the version. The equipment of the G1 and AS2 changes with the version before you even get to accessories. For a comparison between the G1 versions, see which G1 to choose.
- Read what is included. Equipment changes between Air, Pro, X and EDU: check the version before adding accessories.
- Work out daily runtime. If sessions run longer than the 2 hours of the G1 or the 4 hours of the AS2 Pro, X and EDU, plan a second battery.
- Define what runs on board. A light vision model can run on the standard computer; a larger model requires a dock.
- Check sensors and firmware. LiDAR and docks must be confirmed with the exact robot version and the software you use.

Frequently asked questions
Which accessories are already included with the G1 and AS2?
The G1 comes with a 9000 mAh battery, 54V 5A charger, remote control, depth camera and 3D LiDAR. The AS2 Pro, X and EDU include a 15000 mAh battery, fast charger and remote control; the AS2 Air has an 8000 mAh battery, standard charger and optional remote control.
How long does the Unitree G1 battery last and how much does a second one cost?
Unitree quotes about 2 hours with the 9000 mAh battery. The replacement G1 Battery is listed at €880.41 excluding VAT.
Do you need a second battery for the AS2?
If the robot works more than 2-4 hours away from the base, yes. The AS2 Air is rated at about 2 hours, Pro, X and EDU at about 4 hours without load. The standard battery costs €586.95, the 15000 mAh one €880.41.
When do you need a compute dock on the G1 or AS2?
When the standard 8-core CPU is not enough to run vision, VLA models or LLMs on board. On the G1 the docks reach 275 TOPS with Jetson AGX Orin or 2,070 TFLOPS FP4 with Jetson Thor; on the AS2 the compute dock is only available on the EDU.
Is the Mid-360 LiDAR kit needed if the G1 already has a LiDAR?
Not necessarily. The G1 comes as standard with a depth camera and 3D LiDAR. The Mid-360 kit is a Livox module with 360°×59° and 40 m at 10% reflectivity: buy it if the project requires that sensor, not as an automatic upgrade.
How much do the G1 family and the AS2 family cost?
In the public price list the G1 goes from €19,809.32 to €90,829.38 excluding VAT; the AS2 from €5,400 to €21,276.67. These are family ranges, not the price of a specific configuration.
